Calendar Information 

The TNACRAO calendar serves as a centralized resource for college fair scheduling and key events. It is designed to help high school counselors and participating institutions stay informed, avoid scheduling conflicts, and ensure a smooth and coordinated recruitment season across Tennessee.

Receiving the Calendar:

The TNACRAO calendar is distributed to institutions and organizations that have paid their annual calendar dues. This ensures access to the most accurate and up-to-date scheduling information for college fairs and related events across the state.

The calendar will be provided to:

• Active members at institutions that have submitted calendar dues
• Non-member institutions or organizations that have purchased access to the calendar

Members are encouraged to reference the calendar regularly when planning recruitment travel, as we do our best to make changes and updates to make the calendar as accurate as possible. 

At this time we anticipate the calendar will be sent to members who have paid dues in July!

Adding Events to the Calendar:

High school counselors and institutions who wish to add a college fair or event to the calendar must submit their request for review and coordination. This helps ensure proper communication, avoids overlapping events, and allows TNACRAO to effectively support each fair.

To request an event be added to the calendar, please submit details to:

All event submissions must be confirmed by April 1 in order to be included in the official TNACRAO calendar. This deadline allows for proper planning and coordination across institutions and regions.

If the April 1 deadline is missed, please reach out directly to your committee chair for guidance on next steps and inclusion.
